About

Sempre Violin is my blog-style website includes not only my own observations and exploits, but also some handy information for students, reviews, and even a little humor here and there.

Navigation of the site is easy enough that even a musician can figure it out, but just in case you are having trouble, here are few hints. On the sidebar to your left are drop-down menus with content categories and archives of earlier posts/content. The home page only shows the 5 most recent entries, so you can see all the articles in a given category by using these drop-downs.  There are also links throughout the site and its pages that have nothing to do with my site other than to make me a few extra pennies if you click on them. You may avail yourself of them if you feel they are helpful or interesting to you, or ignore them if they are not.

The comments feature of the site has been turned on for most of the material here and I encourage you to participate in the site as you see fit. Please keep in mind that comments and posts in the forums are moderated and those with offensive material will be edited and/or deleted altogether. By offensive material, I mean profanity and spam mostly, but it also includes posts by White Sox or Cardinals fans, Vikings fans, Yanni, and anyone who owns the Kenny G Christmas album.
